RULES OF THE GAME

OVERALL

Choose from 15 unique challenges, each worth a different point value, with 10,000 total points up for grabs.

CHAMPION

The team that earns the most points before time expires will be crowned the Chicago in Focus champion and win a prize.

IMAGE SUBMISSION

Every challenge requires your team to take a group photo and submit it via email. Have the same team member submit your image for each challenge.

PHOTOGRAPHER

Select one member of your team to serve as your designated photographer. Unless otherwise specified, this person does not need to appear in your photos.

ALL TEAM MEMBERS

Each photo must clearly feature every member of your team except your designated photographer.

BONUS POINTS

Several challenges offer bonus points for the team that submits the most creative photo. These challenges are identified by the “BONUS” icon displayed on their thumbnail images.

AI USE

The use of AI enhancement is only permitted when specifically allowed in the challenge instructions.

TIE BREAKERS

If a tie occurs, the team that successfully completed the greatest number of challenges will win the tiebreaker. If the teams remain tied, the team that submitted its final qualifying challenge first will be declared the winner.

SCORING DECISION

All submissions will be reviewed by a panel of judges whose rulings are final. The results will be announced during the evening event on Thursday, Sept. 24th.
